In episode three, which aired on Thursday, Kim Kardashian is seen enjoying a meal at an Italian restaurant in Milan before stopping for a picture with a fan on the way out.
And eagle-eyed viewers were quick to notice the familiar face – soon realising it was former Made In Chelsea star Mitch Alfus.
