Kanye West is trying to right his wrongs.Over the past several months, the rapper has publicly skewered his estranged wife, Kim Kardashian, and her boyfriend, Pete Davidson, on Instagram.

He is now apologizing to Kim and his fans while also acknowledging that he was "harassing" the Skims owner."I've learned that using all caps makes people feel like I'm screaming at them," he said on Instagram on Feb.
