mirror.co.ukBayer Leverkusen director Simon Rolfes has claimed Chelsea are yet to submit an official offer for Kai Havertz. The 21-year-old forward is reportedly keen on a switch to Stamford Bridge this summer after attracting interest from a host of clubs across Europe.
Havertz is already believed to have agreed personal terms on a move, having been tempted by Frank Lampard's vision for the club.
All that was left to be determined it seemed was a fee between the two clubs, but Rolfes is adamant Chelsea haven't tabled a bid. "We have no official offer," Rolfes said in a press conference ( Kicker). "We have not yet had an offer.
