Justin Lin To Direct ‘Stakehorse’ For Amazon MGM Studios

deadline.comEXCLUSIVE: Justin Lin has come aboard to direct Stakehorse for Amazon MGM Studios from a script penned by Justin Piasecki.
Hidden Pictures’ Todd Lieberman and Alex Young will produce, with Lin producing through his Perfect Storm Entertainment banner and Piasecki executive producing.
Plot details are being kept under wraps, but the film is being described as a crime thriller.Piasecki’s script was No. 2 on the latest Black List.
Lin has been staying busy as of late. He’s going back to his indie roots with The Last Days of John Allen Chau, which is heading into production soon, and also has the Apple thriller Two for the Moneywith Charlize Theron and Daniel Craig starring and is developing One Punch Manfor Sony Pictures.
