Jurgen Klopp has been told to "get on with it" rather than bemoan the fixture congestion by Joe Cole. The former Chelsea man was part of BT Sport's team as Liverpool drew with Brighton on Saturday lunchtime.

Pascal Gross equalised from the spot in stoppage time, but it was another Klopp rant that grabbed the headlines. The German was involved in a heated exchange with Des Kelly where he took issue with his team having to play at 12:30 after being involved in European action on the Wednesday.

Klopp has long expressed issues with the condensed schedule as he deals with a growing injury list. Cole though is surprised that the Liverpool boss, who has delivered so much success in recent years, feels the need to lament the fixture list.
