Jupiter retrograde is here and it's the perfect time to reflect on your life

This summer has been the season of retrograde, with Venus in retrograde for the entirety of August, and Mercury joining it from August 23 to September 15, Now Jupiter is entering retrograde too - where it will stay until December 31.

But while retrograde may get something of a bad rep, spiritual mentor Lexie Wrightson has told OK! that Jupiter retrograde, which begins on September 4, offers something of a "softer energy" and is the season of second chances.This retrograde is in the Earth sign on Taurus and with Jupiter being the planet of good luck and fortune, this retrograde shouldn't be too chaotic.

Lexie tells us: "As Jupiter spins backwards we can use this to our advantage and take the second chances offered.This may be reuniting with old friends or allowing us to finally drop the habit, job or person that causes us issues. "You may even find offers that previously you regretted turning down reappearing.This is a period of course correcting so you are aligned with your highest timeline.

It’s also a time to be honest with what’s not really doing it for you anymore. What is weighing you down and no longer giving you joy." She continued: "Jupiter is the planet of growth an expansion and if you are interested in spirituality now is the time to start diving in and researching." Lexie suggests taking your time to gather research from different sources so you can find out what really interests you – she adds that the "trick" is to then put this into practice, rather than just sitting on the information.
