Junior Andre's music career takes off as single hits number one in charts

Junior Andre's new single has hit number one in the charts just a number of hours after it was released.The teenager, who is the son of Peter Andre and Katie Price, dropped his single 'Only One' on Friday morning - but now the track has already shot to number one on the official iTunes chart.The 18 year old signed a deal with Columbia Records two years ago, with Junior hoping to follow in the footsteps of his father to have a successful pop career himself.

As his song climbed the charts, dad Peter was proud to see him heading out for his first TV interview on Loose Women on Friday afternoon.

Taking to Instagram, Peter said: "Can’t believe junior is going on Loose Woman on his own for the FIRST time today. "His single ‘Only One’ is OUT NOW.

Download on iTunes.Thank you so much for your support already everyone." In a further update, he was reduced to tears, telling fans: "Yeah a bit emotional…… but for a reason. "So proud of you son for being you. ‘Only One’ out now." After reaching number one in the charts, Junior took to Instagram to thank people for streaming the song.
