Julia Garner says Ozark 'changed my life' as she triumphs at Emmys

ok.co.ukThere were tears and surprises at last night's Emmy Awards on Monday as Julia Garner triumphed for playing the role of Ruth in Netflix’s Ozark.
It was Julia's third Emmy having won the accolade in 2019 and again in 2020.The star fought of other nominees to win the award including Patricia Arquette who was nominated for her role in Severance.
Jung Ho-yeon was nominated for playing the role of Kang Sae-byeok in Squid Game. Christina Ricci who portrayed Misty in Yellowjackets and Rhea Seehorn who played Kim Wexler in Better Call Saul, were also nominated in the same category.
In her emotional acceptance speech Julia, 28, said: “First of all, I want to thank the Television Academy." She added: “I want to thank everybody at Netflix and MRC.
