Judy Greer Cast as Betty Ford's Social Secretary in 'The First Lady'

justjared.comJudy Greer is joining the cast of The First Lady! Variety reports that the 27 Dresses actress has signed on for a guest starring role in the Showtime series.
The First Lady is centered around the important women of the White House and their impact on American leadership. Judy will be playing Nancy Howe, Betty Ford’s social secretary who became a close friend to the First Lady.
She is replacing Pamela Adlon, who dropped out of the show due to a scheduling conflict. The cast also includes Viola Davis as Michelle Obama, Michelle Pfeiffer as Betty Ford, Aaron Eckhart as Gerald Ford and Rhys Wakefield as Dick Cheney.
The series’ first season will also explore the life of Eleanor Roosevelt, though the role has yet to be cast. Judy recently
