Judge Sides With Woman Suing JAY-Z, Says She Can Stay Anonymous... For Now!

The woman suing JAY-Z and Diddy for sexual assault just scored a win. As Perezcious readers know, back in October, a woman filed a lawsuit against the Bad Boy Records founder for allegedly raping her at an afterparty for the 2000 MTV Music Video Awards in New York City when she was 13 years old.

She claimed two unnamed male celebrities sexually assaulted her while a female celebrity witnessed the attack. We did not know their identities at the time of the filing, but then the woman amended the suit and dropped a bombshell earlier this month: the second male celeb was JAY-Z. The rapper’s attorney, Alex Spiro, filed motions to dismiss the suit and reveal the woman’s identity. However, JAY-Z is not getting his wish at this time!

According to The New York Post on Thursday, Judge Analisa Torres will allow the plaintiff to keep her identity a secret — for now.
