Kevin Hart was sued by a woman who accused him of filming a sexual encounter without her knowledge, but the case has been dismissed by a judge. Montia Sabbag alleges that she had sex with Hart in his hotel room in Las Vegas in 2017 and she says that without her knowledge, he let a friend into the room to set up hidden video cameras.
Page Six reports that a federal judge in California tossed the suit because it was filed in the wrong court. Sabbag filed in a federal court as opposed to a local civil court, but she’s still allowed to file again. Kevin previously denied setting up the tape and he issued an apology to his wife Eniko Parrish.
