Freddie Ljungberg admitted his old Arsenal side were handed a 'tactical lesson' by Tottenham boss Jose Mourinho in the north London derby on Sunday.
Table toppers Spurs went into the clash firm favourites over their old rivals, but Mourinho was happy to concede possession on home soil.
Instead the Portuguese coach set up his side to defend deep to stifle Arsenal's attack before hitting them quickly on the break.
And despite only keeping hold of the ball for 30 per cent of the match, Spurs ran out comfortable 2-0 winners. Son Heung-min's fine strike from outside the box set the hosts on their way from the 13th minute, before Harry Kane all-but sealed the win on the stroke of half-time, as Spurs barely looked to have got out of third gear.
