Hearts this season. The winger was a second half substitute in yesterday’s 2-0 friendly defeat to Sunderland and also came off the bench in their Premier Sports Cup victory over Peterhead.
The winger fell out of favour early on last season after starting the campaign as a regular before being shipped out on loan to Motherwell in January.
The change seemed to do him good, getting regular game time with the Steelmen and scoring in a 2-0 victory over Hibs at Easter Road.
But an injury cut short his time in Lanarkshire and affected his start to pre-season back at Tynecastle.He’s now fit again and trying to force his way into Robbie Neilson’s plans, but acknowledges a decision may have to be made if that doesn’t happen.
