A Place In The Sun presenter Jonnie Irwin has given fans a health update, after sharing the tragic news of his lung cancer diagnosis in November last year.
He was first diagnosed in 2020 and was initially given just six months to live, but has outlived doctor’s predictions with the help of medication, radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
And the property expert has continued with treatment, after sharing that the cancer had spread to his brain, telling fans that he has begun Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, which is a treatment in which the patient is given pure oxygen to breathe.
Posting to his Instagram story Jonnie, 49, shared a photo of the zip-up portable chamber he was using after walking to the treatment centre in Newcastle.
