Jonathan Majors is filing a domestic violence complaint. The 33-year-old Marvel star filed the complaint against ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari, alleging that she attacked him, and not the other way around, in a confrontation on a street corner in Chinatown on March 25, via Insider. Jonathan was charged in that dispute, with his ex claiming he broke her finger, twisted her arm, and struck her in the ear causing it to bleed.

On June 21, the day after his last court date, Jonathan gave police his own version of what actually happened that night, claiming his “drunk and hysterical” ex scratched, slapped, and grabbed at his face, causing pain and bleeding, via a domestic incident report and sworn affidavit obtained by Insider.
A second NYPD precinct is also involved in investigating the actor’s counter-claims. Both precincts found probable cause to arrest Grace, and issued what is called an “incident card,” or “I-Card,” an electronic document directing police to take her into custody, at least for questioning, according to Majors’ defense attorney Priya Chaudhry and a law enforcement source.
