A photo that showed Jon Hamm‘s pants bulge became the subject of a trial this week, even though the actor was not actually involved in the lawsuit.
Huffington Post was sued by photographer Lawrence Schwartzwald for using a photo he snapped of Jon back in 2012, without obtaining the proper license.
The photo went viral as you can visibly see the actor’s manhood in his pants. The photo was used in an article about the “25 things you wish you hadn’t learned in 2013 and must forget in 2014.” In the article, a black text box was placed over Jon‘s crotch with the phrase “IMAGE LOADING” written inside the box.
