Kevin Murphy, who was sworn in via videolink from Chicago during proceedings at London's High Court today, admitted he committed perjury when Heard faced court over illegally smuggling her dogs into Australia.
Mr Murphy spoke of the time Heard took her dogs on a private flight from Los Angeles to Australia while Depp was there filming Pirates of the Caribbean in 2015.
The dogs were taken to a groomer, where they were photographed, and it came out in the press that the dogs had been brought into the country illegally.
