Johnny Depp's Big Comeback Movie Gets Its First Trailer!
perezhilton.comIs Johnny Depp back? Well, pas exactement… The Pirates of the Caribbean star’s big comeback movie just got its first trailer, and it certainly looks like a real film.
A real French film. Jeanne Du Barry is the story of a courtesan who captures the heart of King Louis XV. Depp, in his first major film role since his big legal win against ex Amber Heard, plays the smitten monarch, with Maïwenn — who also directed — playing the titular Jeanne Vaubernier.
The whole thing, yes, is en français. And since this is a French release, not planned for US release, the first trailer doesn’t even have subtitles!
