John Hughes is back in management as he takes the reins of struggling Dunfermline. The Pars sacked Peter Grant late last month as they sit bottom of the Championship without a win after ten games.
They have been on the lookout for a new boss ever since and have decided on Hughes who has been out of work since leaving Ross County in the summer.
It comes as a controversial appointment as ex Hibs boss Hughes has managed bitter rivals Falkirk and Raith in the past.
