John Callahan dead: All My Children star dies suddenly at 66 after stroke

mirror.co.ukAll My Children star John Callahan has died at the age of 66. The actor, who played Edmund Grey in the American soap opera, died suddenly today after suffering a stroke at his home in Palm Desert, California, his representative has said.
Paramedics were called to his home and rushed him to Eisenhower Medical Center, where he was put on life support. His daughter Kaya and his ex-wife and former All My Children co-star Eva La Rue, were notified immediately and went to the hospital, in Rancho Mirage, California, to be by his side.
John's representative said that his death was not related to the global coronavirus pandemic, but said that his family were not allowed to stay with him for long because of it.
