John Barnes rated better than Sadio Mane by ex-Liverpool star

mirror.co.ukEx-Liverpool defender Steve Nicol believes that Reds star Sadio Mane is still not as good as former winger John Barnes was at his best.
Mane has become one of the finest players in his position since he joined the club from Southampton in 2016, and had scored 14 goals and created seven assists in the Premier League before it was suspended.
Barnes, on the other hand, represented Liverpool for 10 seasons, winning two First Division titles and two FA Cups in the process.
And Nicol, who played alongside Barnes, thinks the former England international was slightly better than Mane. Speaking to ESPN FC Nicol said: "I think Sadio Mane is lucky the way Liverpool play.
