Joe Wicks admitted he's "lost" without his daily P.E. sessions in lockdown. The fitness guru become something of a national hero when he offered up his service for free to complete daily workout sessions during lockdown.

His YouTube figures were through the roof at 70million views worldwide while he was batting off offers from BBC and Channel 4.
