And today he was able to return to his post as the nation's sports teacher as he ditched his sling. The Body Coach's wife Rosie, 29, has been demonstrating the exercises when Joe couldn't and today when the trainer returned he was solo - and fans were gutted.
Many viewers took to the comments to praise the fitness guru for returning so soon post-op but some begged him to bring his wife - who he shares kids Marley and Indie with - back. "Bring back the gorgeous Rosie and Indie!!!!", one penned.
