Joe Swash considered quitting Dancing on Ice after he found out about the death of his close friend Caroline Flack. The Love Island star, 40, was found dead at her home in east London on Saturday 15 February.

The former Extra Camp presenter, who has made it to the finals of Dancing on Ice, said the Sunday after Caroline’s death ‘was a messed up day’.

During rehearsals before the live show, Joe admitted that he struggled to concentrate and he even dropped his dance partner Alex Murphy on her chin and ‘almost broke her back’.
