She not only had no idea he was going to pop the question or that he was recording the big moment. It turns out Joe had hidden a Go-Pro camera on a tree in the woods to record the romantic milestone.
In the clip posted on Stacey’s Insta stories Joe,38, and Stacey,31, crouch on the ground next to a stunning array of white roses as Joe begins his surprise festive proposal.
