Joe Swash jested "things could change" when Stacey Solomon playfully reminded him they got engaged. The couple have been madly in love for five years and Joe, 39, popped the question to Stacey, 31, on their woodland walk on Christmas Eve.

In lockdown, the mum tried to persuade her fiancé to roleplay Love Island with her in the evening on Monday. The X Factor singer wanted her man to declare his love for her, like the singletons do in the recoupling on Love Island.

However, it didn't go according to plan. Instead Joe shied away from the game leading Stacey to tease him over their upcoming wedding vows. "I've spent the last two hours trying to convince Joe to play Love Island with me but he's just being miserable," she told her fans.
