Joseph Allen Maldonado-Passage (born March 5, 1963), better known by his stage name Joe Exotic, is an American former zoo operator, internet personality, musician, and convicted felon. The former owner and operator of the Greater Wynnewood Exotic Animal Park (a.k.a. G. W. Zoo) in Wynnewood, Oklahoma, Maldonado-Passage had claimed to be the most prolific breeder of tigers in the United States. He twice unsuccessfully ran for public office, first for President of the United States in 2016 as an independent, and then for Governor of Oklahoma in 2018 as a Libertarian.

Tiger King star Joe Exotic, 58, has revealed that his 26-year-old husband Dillon Passage will remain married to him.Dillon reportedly called Joe in jail to tell him he wanted a divorce because he was lonely with his husband behind bars and hoped to date other men.But now Joe's lawyer Francisco Hernandez has told TMZthat he got an email from his client saying Dillon would stay married to him - while doing 'what he thinks he needs to do' as Joe spends the next two decades in prison.
