Pacey must pay up?? Jodie Turner-Smith is claiming her estranged husband Joshua Jackson has ditched the idea of child support payments amid their ongoing divorce — and she hasn’t received a cent since October of 2023.

The actress filed the claims alongside her legendary divorce attorney Laura Wasser, who’s known for taking spouses to the cleaners for her clients!

Jodie says the 46-year-old actor should be giving her $8,543 per month for child support of their four-year-old daughter Juno — plus $28,641 per month in spousal support while their divorce case is pending.

She waved the right to spousal support when she originally filed for the big D, but clearly all of this non-payment has made her have a change of heart!
