Deadly assassin Villanelle dressed as a clown is no laughing matter. The new series of Killing Eve kicks off tomorrow and the darkly comic cat-and-mouse game between the killer and MI6 spook Eve starts all over again.
Their compelling relationship is at the core of the hit series’ success and is partly due to the natural chemistry between the stars.
Jodie Comer, who plays psychopath Villanelle, said from day one there was a spark with Sandra Oh, who is the killer’s nemesis Eve Polastri.
