A jobless Oxford law graduate is suing his parents in a bid to force them to pay him maintenance for life, it has been reported.
Faiz Siddiqui is said to claim he is utterly dependent on his wealthy parents, and is entitled to maintenance money from them because of health issues.
The 41-year-old is an unemployed Oxford graduate and claims that without the money from his Dubai-based mum and dad his human rights would be violated.
The case he is battling is said to be a first of its kind and comes after a failed bid to sue the prestigious university for missing out on the top award and a first for his degree.
