For many Joanna Donnelly is a ray of sunshine on the airwaves even if she can’t promise us good weather most of the time. However, behind her bright and breezy disposition, the presenter has admitted to suffering from a crippling fear while pregnant.
In an interview with RTÉ this week Joanna shared how she had a phobia that something would happen to her husband and that she would be left to raise their children on her own. ‘When I was pregnant for the first time, and Harm went off to work on his bike, I sat there and thought he would die and I would be left by myself the child,’ she admitted. ‘I sat there crying, wondering how I would go on.
