She had taken over as EP from 14-year showrunner Jill Leiderman last summer.“Erin, Molly and Jen are great producers who run what I believe is the best team in television,” said host Jimmy Kimmel, who also exec produces the show. “I am very lucky to have them.
This promotion is long overdue and well-deserved.”Irwin has worked alongside Kimmel for more than 23 years, beginning as a producer on the pilot of The Man Show in 1998.
