Last month, Jim Legxacy shared “old place,” his first single of the year, which we deemed worthy of our near-unattainable Song You Need certification.
Today (April 13), the South London (Lewisham, to be precise) singer-rapper-producer revealed that track as the lead single from a forthcoming mixtape.
HNPM (short for Homeless N***a Pop Music) is a 12-track endeavor, with Legxacy taking care of all things musical and his close collaborator Fidel — who shot the video for “old place” — helming the project’s visual side.
In addition to the tape’s official announcement, a press release reveals that the record’s next single will be its third track, “amnesia111,’ accompanied by another Fidel music film.
