Jim Goodwin is relishing the chance to push St Mirren up the Premiership table and land a heavy blow on Hearts’ survival chances.
The Saints welcome the Edinburgh side to Paisley tonight knowing a win would open up a six-point gap over their relegation rivals.
And Goodwin feels the rescheduled fixture is too good an opportunity to miss to get a jump on Hamilton and Ross County, who are also lingering at the bottom end of the table.
