Jim Goodwin has been charged by the SFA over his furious volley at Ryan Porteous in which he accused the Hibs defender of “blatant cheating”.
The Aberdeen boss was hit with the SFA notice of complaint today for “making comments of a discriminatory or offensive nature” after Saturday’s fiery encounter at Easter Road.
Goodwin was furious after referee David Dickinson awarded Hibs a first half spot kick after Porteous went down in the box in a tangle with Liam Scales.
To add to his ire Scales was shown a second yellow card before the Dons let a 1-0 lead slip and lost 3-1.The seething Pittodrie boss took aim at Porteous afterwards saying: “I don’t know how many times the boy Porteous can get away with that kind of stuff.
