Jill Scott is I'm A Celebrity 2022 winner as Lioness becomes Queen of the jungle

Jill Scott has been named as the winner of I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here! 2022. She and Hollyoaks actor Owen Warner made it down to the final two but it was the football star who came out on top and won the title 'Queen of the Jungle' - scooping the crown.

The last two standing gathered in the studio with their former campmates and hosts Ant and Dec to hear the results of the public vote.

And the studio erupted in cheers as the Geordie duo announced the news and the Lioness received the jungle crown. Jill, Matt and Owen made it to the final three and the Tory MP placed third and former rugby star Mike Tindall placed fourth during last night's show.It comes after all three of the finalists - Owen, Jill and Matt - shared their shock at making it to the top three.Owen said he loved the experience but was so excited to speak to his family.

He said: "I’m in the final baby! What is going on? I don’t know what to say, I don’t know what to think... I want to speak to my mum.”Lioness Jill also said making it to the final "meant the world" to her.
