Singer Jesy Nelson broke down in an interview as she opened up about the crippling panic attack she suffered that saw her spend in time in hospital and contributed to her decision to leave Little Mix.
Ending up in hospital following the panic attack was the ‘final straw’ for the 30 year old star and led to her quitting the band back in November 2020.
Jesy suffered a public panic attack in September last year as Little Mix were preparing to appear on BBC Radio 1’s Live Lounge.
Jesy’s former bandmate Perrie Edwards, 28, was forced to take over her part as she was unable to continue. She then suffered another panic attack while filming the music video for the band's tune Sweet Melody, after which she spent time in hospital.
