Chart-topping singer Jessie J has openly revealed her recent diagnosis of OCD and ADHD.The conditions, officially known as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder [ADHD] and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), were diagnosed three months ago.
The Price Tag hitmaker, 36, who is a proud mum of one, shared the news with her fans earlier this week, stating it made her "re-think" her entire life.
She also mentioned that ADHD felt like a "superpower as long as you look at it from the right perspective." According to the NHS website, ADHD is a behavioural condition that can make those affected appear restless, have difficulty concentrating on tasks, and act impulsively.
OCD is described by medical professionals as a condition where a person experiences obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviours.The pop star, famous for hits like Do It Like A Dude and Domino, said that the birth of her son, Sky Safir Cornish Coleman, brought her conditions into sharper focus, reports the Mirror.
