Any doubters over Jesse Lingard's loan move to West Ham were left eating their words on Wednesday as the 28-year-old made a sensational start to his spell at the London Stadium.
The midfielder has joined the Hammers from Manchester United until the end of the campaign after failing to break into Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's team this season.
Some have doubted whether Lingard still has the ability to perform at the highest level following his struggles at Old Trafford.
But he made an immediate impression with his new side, scoring twice on a dream debut in a 3-1 victory over Aston Villa on Wednesday.
