The Only Way Is Essex ’s Jessica, who was one of Pat’s 14 grandchildren, was left devastated by her Nan’s passing and is still feeling the heartbreak of her grief five years on.
Taking to her Instagram on Wednesday, she paid tribute in a touching and emotional post. Sharing a snap of herself smiling alongside her late grandmother, Jessica admitted she couldn’t believe it had been five years since Pat’s death.
