Jerry Seinfeld tells activist 'I don't care about Palestine'

Jerry Seinfeld bluntly told an activist he "doesn't care about Palestine" when he was asked for a selfie. The 70-year-old comedian - known for the TV show Seinfeld - was asked for a photo by influencer Subway DJ in New York on Sunday night.Seinfeld, who has been a long-time outspoken support of Israel, happily posed for the photo.

Then Subway DJ brought up Palestine.Subway DJ asked: “Jerry, can I get a selfie?” The comedian replied: “Sure.” Seinfeld then leaned in to pose for what he believed was a photo.

Instead of taking a photo, the influencer recorded a video and put up two fingers in a peace sign ands said: “Free Palestine.”Seinfeld remained quiet.

When asked to repeat the phrase, the comedian shook his head and said: “I don’t care about Palestine,” before walking away.The comedian had been attending the 50th anniversary celebration of Saturday Night Live at Radio City Music Hall.
