The company built or renovated skyscrapers, hotels, casinos, and golf courses. Trump later started various side ventures, mostly by licensing his name. He owned the Miss Universe and Miss USA beauty pageants from 1996 to 2015, and produced and hosted The Apprentice, a reality television show, from 2003 to 2015. The Succession star said in a recent interview that he does not miss playing the character he gave life to on the HBO drama for four seasons. “It f*** me up,” Strong told The Sunday Times about playing Kendall.
Strong says that Succession “was an incalculable gift” and added, “The material a banquet. So I miss that. But Kendall’s struggle was difficult to carry for seven years.
And there’s just so much more I want to do.” The actor won an Emmy in 2020 for his role in the series, but don’t expect him to carry Kendall on in a spinoff series. “It’s not something I have any wish to do any longer.
I’m aware it is one of the main chapters of my life, but I don’t miss it,” he said. Jesse Armstrong created Succession about the Roy family and their fight for control of the global media company amid concerns over the patriarch’s health.
