Jennifer Lopez shares Ben Affleck wedding pics including dress from one of her movies
ok.co.ukJennifer Lopez has revealed she wore two wedding dresses on her big day with Ben Affleck. The star, 52, married actor Ben, 49, on Saturday 16 July, with the couple opting for a low-key ceremony in Las Vegas.
J Lo has now shared an insight into the big day with fans via her newsletter, where she says she wore a first dress that was “from an old movie” and a second, more elaborate design by designer Zuhair Murad.
Husband Ben, meanwhile, wore a jacket that already had in his own closet.The singer wrote: “So with the best witnesses you could ever imagine, a dress from an old movie and a jacket from Ben's closet, we read our own vows in the little chapel and gave one another the rings we'll wear for the rest of our lives.” The first dress was a simple sleeveless gown, with the star explaining on Instagram: “I've had this dress for so many years and I was just saving and saving and saving it, and now I'm wearing it on my wedding day.” Her second dress featured long sleeves and an off the shoulder detail, along with a long train and lace detailing.The star wore her hair in a half up-do with loose curls and kept her accessories simple, wearing an understated small pair of earrings, a bracelet and a necklace with her look.
Her husband wore a smart white shirt and black trousers along with a cream tuxedo jacket that he already owned. The couple shared a few beautiful photos of themselves together following the ceremony, where J Lo can be seen laughing and smiling as she clutches a bouquet of white flowers.
