Alexander Emmanuel Rodriguez (born July 27, 1975), nicknamed "A-Rod", is an American former professional baseball shortstop and third baseman who played 22 seasons in Major League Baseball (MLB).
He played seven seasons with Seattle Mariners, three seasons with the Texas Rangers and twelve seasons with the New York Yankees. Rodriguez began his professional career as one of the sport's most highly touted prospects, and is considered to be one of the greatest baseball players of all time.
There won't be a Zoom wedding for Jennifer Lopez. The singer was interviewed by Ellen DeGeneres remotely this week and was asked directly about how the pandemic has affected her and her fiancé Alex Rodriguez's wedding plans.
The ceremony won't be happening during the outbreak, J.Lo made clear.The pandemic "did affect [our wedding plans] a little bit," she started. "So, we will see what happens now.
Honestly, I really don't know what's going to happen now as far as dates or anything like that. We're just kind of in a holding pattern like the rest of the world.
So, again, it's something we're just going to have to wait and see in a few months how this all pans out." Lopez and Rodriguez got engaged last March.
