Jennifer Lopez saving Grammy Awards dress for Alex Rodriguez’s daughter

Jennifer Lopez has promised to save her 2017 Grammy Awards gown for her soon-to-be step-daughter. The singer/actress took to Instagram on Tuesday to mark the 12th birthday of Ella Rodriguez, the youngest daughter of her fiance Alex Rodriguez, and posted a sweet picture of herself embracing the young girl.

In the accompanying caption, Lopez wrote: “To my loving little Ella … the first day I met you (you were so little then…), you ran up to me, sat right on my lap, put your arms around me and asked to have my lavender dress I had just worn to the Grammys for when you grew up.” The dress in question is a soft lilac Ralph & Russo number featuring a plunging neckline, thigh-high slit, and ruffled neck detail.
