One of the Manhattan buildings he visited also happens to be the exclusive address where Katie Holmes lives with her daughter Suri Cruise.
Alex has been single since April when he and J-Lo called off their engagement, while Katie has recently split from restaurateur Emilio Vitolo Jr.
