Jennifer Lopez has said she recalls her Oscar nomination snub for her film Hustlers as "a sting". The singer and actress, 51, won plaudits for her role as veteran stripper Ramona Vega in the crime drama Hustlers in 2019.
Hustlers was based on a true story about a crew of New York strippers who run up the credit cards of drugged rich clients, stock brokers, and wealthy CEOs.
In the subsequent awards season, there was much speculation that Jennifer could win an Oscar for her much-praised performance.
However, Jennifer and the film failed to pick up any nominations at the 92nd Academy Awards. Speaking to Allure, Jennifer has now reflected on the lack of love for Hustlers at the Oscars.
