Jennifer Lopez files for divorce from Ben Affleck on anniversary of second wedding ceremony

TMZ, she filed the paperwork in Los Angeles on Tuesday — the same day as the two-year anniversary of their second wedding ceremony that took place in Georgia.

Interestingly enough, Lopez listed the date of separation as April 26, 2024, meaning they haven’t been a couple for nearly four months.She allegedly didn’t reveal if there’s a prenuptial agreement; however, sources tell TMZ Ben and Jen didn’t have one in place.The Post has reached out to Lopez and Affleck’s reps for comment.Affleck, 51, and Lopez, 55, were initially together from 2002 to 2004.

They ended their first engagement in 2004, and went on to marry and have kids with other people, before rekindling their flame in 2021.

Lopez would reveal their engagement news in her On the JLo newsletter. “We’re older now, we’re smarter, we have more experience, we’re at different places in our lives, we have kids now, and we have to be very conscious of those things,” she told People in February of their rekindled romance. “It’s a beautiful outcome that this has happened in this way at this time in our lives where we can really appreciate and celebrate each other and respect each other,” she went on. “We always did, but we have even more of an appreciation because we know that life can take you in different directions.”She added, “We have been in the game in the public eye long enough to know who we are as people and what really matters and what doesn’t matter.
