Jennifer Lopez files for divorce from Ben Affleck on anniversary of second wedding ceremony
nypost.comTMZ, she filed the divorce papers in Los Angeles Tuesday — the same day as the two-year anniversary of their second wedding ceremony that took place in Georgia.
Lopez listed the date of separation as April 26, 2024, meaning they haven’t been a couple for nearly four months.She allegedly didn’t reveal if there’s a prenuptial agreement; however, sources tell TMZ that the exes didn’t have one in place.
If that’s the case, everything they’ve made from their short-lived marriage would be deemed community property. She also waived the right to spousal support and asked the judge to deny Affleck support.The Post has reached out to Lopez and Affleck’s reps for comment.They were last photographed together in May.
Affleck was noticeably absent from her 55th “Bridgerton”-themed birthday celebrations in the Hamptons in July. They were also not together on the second anniversary of their Vegas wedding that same month.Just last week, Lopez was spotted at Affleck’s rental home on his 52nd birthday.
