Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have finally pulled the trigger on a new home in Los Angeles after searching far and wide for nearly two years. , on May 31, that the couple purchased their new $61 million mansion just a week after making the offer.And now what we’re all dying to know—what does one get for $61 million in Beverly Hills?
Let me tell you: The estate has 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms, and sits on 5 acres. In all, it’s 46,000 square feet (5,000 of which are dedicated to a sports facility, which tracks, as we all know J.Lo loves a workout!) and includes a cinema as well as a spa with a hair and nail salon.
Dreamy! Ben and Jen were first reported to be looking for a home back in 2021. Per TMZ, the couple went into escrow on a few homes but backed out prior to closing.
Between them, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have five children (Lopez shares twins with ex-husband Marc Anthony, and Affleck shares three kids with ex-wife Jennifer Garner), though they’ll each have plenty of space of their own in this house.
